WAEC Releases 2025 First Series CB-WASSCE Results
WAEC Releases 2025 First Series CB-WASSCE Results: Everything You Need to Know.
The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has released the Computer-Based West African Senior School Certificate Examination (CB-WASSCE) results for Private Candidates, 2025-First Series.
This milestone marks another step forward in WAEC’s journey towards modernising education and examination systems in Nigeria.
If you’re one of the candidates who sat for this exam, or you’re just curious about the latest updates, here’s everything you need to know about the release, how to check your results, and what it means for you.
The 2025 First Series CB-WASSCE took place earlier this year, running from January 29 to February 15, 2025, across various Computer-Based Test (CBT) centres in Nigeria.
This examination, designed specifically for private candidates, allows individuals who missed the school-based WASSCE or need to improve their grades to obtain the coveted certificate.
Unlike the traditional paper-based exams, this series was conducted using a hybrid system where multiple-choice questions were answered on computers, while essay and practical questions were written in provided booklets.
