The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has successfully concluded its crucial stakeholder meetings held on Monday, January 27, and Tuesday, January 28, 2025.

These meetings were aimed at finalising preparations for the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) registration, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for millions of candidates across Nigeria.

The first meeting, held on January 27, brought together the Commissioners of Education from all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

This gathering focused on fostering collaboration and gathering valuable insights from these key stakeholders.

The Commissioners, who have historically played a significant role in JAMB’s stakeholder engagement, provided feedback and analysis on the features of the upcoming examination cycle.

On January 28, JAMB met with its Chief External Examiners (CEEs), Chief Technical Advisors, and proprietors of Computer-Based Test (CBT) centres.

This session was critical as it involved stakeholders directly responsible for the registration and examination processes.

The proprietors of CBT centres, who provide the essential infrastructure for conducting the UTME, were particularly emphasised, ensuring that all technical and operational aspects are in place for a smooth examination experience.

    Please, I need clarity about the JAMB Direct Entry Registration, is it true that DE Registration (purchase of Jamb e-Pin) cannot be done at JAMB accredited CBT centers, only at JAMB Offices?
